install-awx-venv-single.yml failed before run #19

Got an issue with installation during playbook run.
Looks like install-awx-venv-single.yml should be abunch of tasks but act as a role and prints an error during run, am I missing something here?
ERROR! unexpected parameter type in action: <class 'bool'>
The error appears to be in '/path/to/awx/roles/miracle-ansible-role-awxrpm-scl-installer/tasks/install-awx-venv-single.yml': line 5, column 3, but may
be elsewhere in the file depending on the exact syntax problem.
The offending line appears to be:
