Unable to power on UPS when USB is connected #21
Description
When UPS is connected with USB to a computer and there is no power supplied to UPS, the power on (J8) does not work.
The power on (J8) works as expected when:
- USB AND a power is connected.
- USB is disconnected AND power is either connected or not.
The power off (J8) has no issues - works as expected.
