[New Feature]: Timeout during Defender scan.

Description of the new feature/enhancement

When validation is long running, we often see the "Log_InstallationClient.txt" end with:

Stopping FileTracker
File Watcher -> Stop watching C:\, Filter = 
Running defender with arguments -Scan -ScanType 2 -DisableRemediation

This requires manual validation. Ideally, we wouldn't see these validation runs timeout.

Some packages may require additional time/processing so maybe there should be a mechanism to identify those packages, but the majority of packages shouldn't end in this state.
