Description of the new feature

Now that there is an image protocol in the terminal,
how about some vector graphics protocol is added as well?

Proposed technical implementation details

E. g. ReGIS or anything else deemed more feasable. But ReGIS has been a standard by DEC as well and is supported by xterm at least.
