Separate Workflow from Agents

Looking at the documentation at

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/agent-framework/user-guide/workflows/core-concepts/overview

It seems that the workflow concepts ( executor, edge, events,execution) are well separated from Agents.

Why not create 2 different libraries, one for Workflow and other for Worklflow Agents ( with, possibly, extension methods to satisfy the agents use case ) that uses the first one ?

In this way, we could have just workflows as a .net library if we need.

More , if we think about interfaces, we can let agents run with other existing workflows ....
