Description
Describe the bug
The Semantics > Emphasis test will fail all text that happens to have heavier than normal font-weight for not being placed into a <strong> container.
However, there may be cases where a heavier font-weight is not used for emphasis but purely for separation of parts, for example a card heading with font-weight set to normal but the human readable id is set to font-weight 700: "I 1234 - Card Title".
The font-weight helps visually separate both parts of the heading (programmatically the dash already does this). But there is no intent to emphasize the id part, in fact the font-weight could be applied to the title instead or left out entirely without loss of information.
Expected behavior
To help prevent false positives, I would like the test script to be improved. It should communicate that font-weight variations that are not intended for emphasis do not need to be (should not be?) contained in a <strong> element.
