The template is not removed until the user click on .cancel #106
Description
With this package if the application has a header/footer with navigation bar there is a problem when the user come on the page with the camera package, and when he wants to leave using the application navigations bar (and not the cancel buttons provided by the package), he can't because the Template is not rendered throught the main layout but inside the body node.
