Make bleak optional dependency

Hi, I am using meshcore-cli on FreeBSD and wanted to package it. I found that it is using bleak, which, unfortunately, does not have FreeBSD backend. It does not impact USB/TCP modes.

My proposal is to make bleak optional. I can prepare the patch if you are okay to accept it.

That's a good idea

The only thing I'd like is that when installed via pipx, by default it should install it with bleak (as it does now), some kind of opt-out mechanism ... (or maybe excluding bleak from freebsd installs ?)

I am not that much concerned about pipx, as it will be installed from the freebsd ports in that case. So more a runtime dependency problem.
