About dataset for training and testing

Do you include all the training data in the "sample dataset"?
If it is not the whole dataset, training a new model and comparing it with your results is hard.

Due to clinical regulations and ethical issues, we currently cannot release all the data.
You may try some public datasets, like SCARED2019. Please refer to this follow-up work: https://github.com/Ruyi-Zha/endosurf.
