I would like to know more about the dataset, is it like the usual processing (img and gt)? My dataset size is 646432. During training I found that seg.sum=0, which means that after processing, my GT is all background. Therefore, when the model point is hinted at later, the foreground point is 0. Hi, I don't perfectly understand your issue. The data preprocessing is standard cropping and normalization. If you are using your own dataset, you need to modify a few hyperparameter, for example specify the index value of the foreground structure. If only a few cases have seg.sum=0, it is likely they are heathy cases or the lesion is near the border and been cropped. If all of them have no foreground, there must been some problem with the preprocess.
