Events page UX needs update

• Continuation of Event page: code clean up, fix hover scale issue, fix RichText component for event description #59 and PR Remove Skeleton UI and add flip card to event banner #75

Things that needs to be fixed:

• Bright shadow on buttons that indicates a button is clickable is not visually clear for UX. Suggestion: non-clickables to be greyed out.
• Low contrast between the EventBlock background and datetime/location section
• Clickable zone is not consistent for the frontside and backside of the Event block
• Backside buttons layout
• Add a General 4 links limit to the CMS
• Misc.: enum types export for event-related schemas, Tailwind classes in some places

Also the wiggle animation is bugged again. It was working yesterday with the @apply method yesterday but it seems that is not the case anymore. Consider change it back to normal css
