Please add a quick-mute button - and logic to suppress readout of prearm checks. #12882

This is seen in lab, and represents some of the issue:
This is being read aloud over and over. It would be very nice to have one or more of the following solutions:
this may cause the operator to go to general settings and mute all output, but that is not necessarily a good solution for further monitoring.
1: to the right of the "Arm" button - add a "mute" (toggle) button.
2: prearm" messages are not really urgent as the machine is disarmed. Please consider some logic that can just say "prearm checks failed" - and suppress further callouts of prearm messages.
