LMU Exported CSV missing Time/Retired infos

There's an issue when exporting CSV files (happened on a multiclass event, not sure if it happens in other cases). More specifically, P1 of the second fastest class got its time/retired, while everyone else did not. Times are correctly displayed on the result page so its an exporting issue .
