Quick Tile should go straight to camera

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add the "Scan code" quick tile to the notifications / quick settings pane
2. Click on the quick tile
3. Scan a QR code
4. Go back to the previous app you were using
5. Click on the quick tile again

Expected behavior:
Binary Eye opens on the QR scanner / camera

Actual behavior:
Binary Eye opens on the preview of whatever you scanned in step 3, rather than the QR scanner
