Wrong form action value

Hi.

I've fixed this on my server - want to inform you.

On the Scrum 0.3 plugin configuration page in form action you have "Scrum/config" instead "Scrum/config_page".
This result with an error after click on "Update".

You should fix this. ;)

Yes, it appears that the config page is incomplete.
