possibly incompatible version of Guzzlehttp in plugin and mantis

What I did in the end I simply added required library to the main library repository of mantis.

composer require google/apiclient:^2.0

After that in redirect.php commented out

# require_once 'assets/lib/google-api-php-client/vendor/autoload.php';

And you can simply delete the whole assets dir.
Overall found it more pleasing to keep mantis in my own git repository with prepared plugins and simply install vendors when needed via:

composer install --no-dev
