AM / PM hours vs 24 hour display

I'd like to request the feature to use AM / PM hours instead of the current 24 hour military time display.

As an example, I have these in my config_inc.php file, but they only apply to mantisbt, not to the calendar plugin.

$g_short_date_format = 'Y-m-d';
$g_normal_date_format = 'Y-m-d h:i A';
$g_complete_date_format = 'Y-m-d h:i A T';
$g_datetime_picker_format = 'Y-MM-DD hh:mm A';
