default access rights on plugin:

but only mantisbt's administrator can create or edit calendar events.

for example, user with developer role can see events (if he's was added in it)

but he's cant create new one or edit existing:

this issue related with global access role.

if user with 'developer' role in project, but global just 'reporter', this problem will appear.
