Feature request: support plugins in addition to skills

This may be out of scope for this project, but it would be really great if we could have a way to use CC plugins similar to how this project enables us to use CC skills in Opencode - e.g. https://claudecodemarketplace.com/ It should support the following operations:

1. Add plugin marketplace
2. Install plugins from markeplace
3. Enable / disable plugins in settings.json
