no output firings.mda after using mountainsort3.mlp sort on one channel

hi,

I'm using mountainsort3.mlp sort on one channel but i don't get a mda file output.
I only get a "file" type with the firings_out name.
furtheremore, when i use it for mountainview the gui is empty.

the commands:
mlp-run mountainsort3.mlp sort --raw=raw.mda --geom=geom.csv --firings_out=fi
mountainview --raw=raw.mda --geom=geom.csv --firings=firings.mda --samplerate=30000

its also seems that it searching in other directory:
":::: Failed to open diskreadmda file: /home/compm/.mountainlab/examples"
"File does not exist: /home/compm/.mountainlab/examples"

any suggestions?

Hi,
I solved it, I use
mountainview --raw=raw.mda --geom=geom.csv --firings=fi --samplerate=30000
instead of
mountainview --raw=raw.mda --geom=geom.csv --firings=fi.dma --samplerate=30000

but I have more difficulties that maybe you could help with:
Cluster metrics window is empty.
Curation program window is empty.
how can I read the export static view file?
maybe there is a way to automaticaly export all possible files? (i have a lot of trials...)

I use the ms3 and I get the firings file with same spikes (timestamps) for several clusters sometimes.
I understand that the curated should solve that problem but i cant find the proccesor that do it...
and the curated export file export from mountain view is the same as regular... (different only when I merge..)
so how can i do/add a curation step that solve me the problem of same spike in many clusters?

It is difficult for me to address your issue right now. I do understand that the documentation surrounding curation is lacking right now. But we are making the process clearer as we continue develop the new version. Please check out our new software, and the docs will be updating as we move forward.
