Fix titleTextSize

Property is not being set correctly when widget is created. Have kludge in place for now, but need to track down why it is happening

Fixed. Or rather, it just started working correctly?

added conditional to onCreate to assign the proper value to titleTextSize, but cannot find a rteason why it is not working

Giving up for now. Works fine with the workaround in onCreate
