Current behavior
Project-scoped instances do not show up in DNS zone records inherited from default and there is no (obvious) other way to configure DNS for projects when sharing networks.
This is quite similar to #2918 :)
Expected behavior
When configuring a global network zone with dns.zone.forward (and reverse), created instances with that network show up in DNS, even if they are scoped to a project.
This could create colliding records, and one would need to find some way of dealing with them. Maybe records from projects should be put in a subdomain so that collisions are not possible?

- Create a project that shares networks with the default project
