jQuery is not defined in the plugin.js

If I add the lite plugin to 'ckeditor/plugins' folder and use it, I get JQuery is not defined error below;

I have this problem too.
I added jquery path in config.js
config.lite.jQueryPath = '/js/jquery.min.js';
but it doesn't work

I suggest that you either include jquery in the page, or edit the source and verify that jQueryPath is actually used...

I have this problem with code that I download from https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/lite
when I downloaded the LITE plugin code from its GitHub repository the problem was fixed
