Request for Multi-API Endpoint Rotation

Currently, LobeChat supports multiple AI providers (OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic, etc.), but only one endpoint per provider can be active at a time. If an endpoint hits rate limits or goes offline, the entire conversation fails.
