I want to contribute automated testing to this project that would help speed up the releases. I believe I can do this by adding things like automated testing. I have 10 years of experience in this realm.

What kind of areas are the most untested and require the most time to "checkout" or "fix" for each release?

Are there areas of the app that consistently regress or known areas with stability issues?

Where would you "want to write tests most" if someone had already built out the testing infrastructure?

I prefer to write frontend or E2E tests but could write tests at a variety of application level through API testing.

Mind helping me find my way to some high value tests that don't exist today?
