Identified Bugs:-

• Code Block Rendering Issue: Fails to render code blocks properly, which in turn gives error when using code_execution tool.
• URL Context Tool Bug: The tool fails to work, consider reviewing the official documentation to find the issue.

Improvements:-

• Better user feedback about what tool the model is using.
