Problem

Cloud SPE Milestone 1 has collected a rich set of performance metrics based on audit test run. How to bring this data, and SDK based metrics data collection, to surface it

• as an analytic dashboard users can see much more granual level of network performances, and
• as an analytics API that other services, for example, sdk, can get and cash for its selection algorithm
