Fixed

• Task commands now target running collector sessions — Fixed bug where token-audit task start/end would record markers to old sessions when a collector was running but hadn't yet created a session file. Task commands now check for active collectors first before falling back to the latest completed session. (#117)

• StreamingStorage.get_active_session_metadata() — New helper method to retrieve platform/project metadata from active collector sessions
