[BUG] Scheduled speed tests show slow speed, high packet loss/latency

Current Behavior

Scheduled speed tests show inconsistent (slow) results with very large packet losses and increased pings.
Manually run speed tests (to the configured server) show correct full line speed with 0 packet loss.

This screenshot highlights the issue, all the scheduled tests (every 6 hours at 06:00 / 12:00) show high latency/packet loss and download speed, all manually run tests show perfect results (line speed is 1600 down / 110 up)

Expected Behavior

Scheduled speed tests should give the same correct results as manually run speed tests

Steps To Reproduce

1. In Unraid 7.2.4, install the container with a 6 hour cron job specified to the nearest configured server
2. Run manual speed tests from the WEB UI
3. Allow scheduled speed tests to occur
4. observe results in the 'Results' section of the WEB UI

Environment

- OS: Unraid 7.2.4 (Running on Aoostar WTR Max NAS)
- How docker service was installed: From App store
