Bug description

When using two multiple displays with different scale, icons render the wrong size on the display with the lowest scale. From what I can tell, they render the same pixel size as on the display with larger scale, making them disproportionately large.

I've seen this many times, but it took me a while to find steps to reproduce this with 100% certainty.

Steps to reproduce

  • Configure another output with scale 4.0
  • Configure one output with scale 1.5
  • Open a window of nemo on the first display
  • Open a window of nemo on the second display

Expected behavior

Both windows should render fine

Actual behaviour

Icons in the second display are HUGE.
