Bug description

After updating to the newest version, every time I focus on a text input the virtual keyboard appears, it's disabled in Accessibility and I don't have the applet on-screen keyboard installed.

Steps to reproduce

It started right after I rebooted for the update, I can't give any steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

It should take into account if it's enabled or not
