Distorted and Soft sound when playing 5200 ROMS

The sound is very distorted and very soft. Even when I reduce the retorarch config to -6dB (it's even softer but still distorted).

There’s a very audible static noise. I compared it with Dark Chambers running on Altirra and Atari800 emulators, and they don’t have that noise.
