Issues when trying to remove a Bluetooth device #2139

Hello,

I have issues with removing Bluetooth devices.

Situation:

  1. I have accidentally paired the wrong Bluetooth device, "MINI_KEYBOARD" (not ours).

  2. When trying to remove the pairing from the Bluetooth menu with Space, one of the following happens seemingly randomly:

  • Lakka and RetroArch completely freezes, needing a restart.
  • Lakka and RetroArch freezes for a few seconds then nothing happens.
  • I get the Pairing removed message and the device stays connected.
  1. When restarting Lakka and RetroArch, the device is there in the Connected state in all of the above cases.

  2. Tried with our other devices as well, but it is the same.
The devices indeed stay connected and working.

  3. Tried from other Menu UIs as well. Same.

  4. Currently it is not possible to remove pairing for this or any other devices.

  5. When restarting RetroArch, Lakka messages can be seen for a brief moment:

"Bluetooth: hci0: security requested but not available"
"Bluetooth: Unexpected continuation frame (len 0)"

Not sure if this helps any.

Setup:

Hardware: Raspberry Pi 4B (4 core, 8GB)
Lakka version: RPi4.aarch64-5.0
RetroArch version: 1.17.0
Git version: ad8975c
Frontend OS: Linux (v6.1)
Menu UI: xmb

Could you please help with this?

Is there anything else I could provide, so you could help better?

Thank you very much in advance,
HP
