Add request for sing-box support

For various reasons, the protocol has not been officially supported by Sing-box. Could the developers collectively maintain a fork branch to support requests that haven't been merged? This would allow for easier adaptation by third-party software and easy porting to airport support, ensuring the protocol is used and iterated more quickly.
