Daily Full Interop Workflow Pollutes Repo History

As pointed out by @MarcoPolo , running the daily full interop workflow polutes the repo history by committing the compiled results.yaml file and the box plot graphics to the results sub-folder. This issue is to track the work to resolve it.

Proposed Fix:

• Configure the workflow to use the aws client to access Filebase's S3 API and upload the daily-full-interop.yml file to a bucket named test-plans-results.
• Remove the generation of the box plot graphics since the libp2p.io website now renders box plots directly (see: https://libp2p.io/status/#performance-benchmarks)
• libp2p.io website fix: Pull daily-full-interop.yml from Filebase bucket unified-website#28
• Remove the workflow steps to copy the daily-full-interop.yml file to results and check it in.
