Modify the categorical attendance variable

Currently the write_to_gs.Rmd makes a column (column D, I think) for a categorical variable identifying if the attendee was pre-registered or a wait list registrant.

In Joel's codebook this column should not exist, and all wait-list registrants should have an x in the waitlist column
