Describe the bug
pi_dom01 not working right for bugs and fish if haven't collapsed data first.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- create data set for bugs with Stage or fish with length with extra numbers instead of collapsed.
Expected behavior
Should be able to handle it without any changes from the user.

Additional context
Code using "dom" datasets for 2-10 but not 1.
Need more changes for other metrics using dom (e.g., pi_dom01_BCG_att4 and pi_dom01_BCG_att45 for fish)
