Shiny - Taxa Translate - crashes if no taxa match

Describe the bug
If no taxa match when using Taxa Translate in the Shiny app it crashes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
Need a QC check and graceful exit.
Probably need to give the user the files generated so far.
