This assumes the database is up-to-date. Output the participants that have dropped, the last visit they completed, date of the visit they missed, mode of delivery, pre-pregnant BMI, hospital delivery.

I'm having an issue with the information that I imported from Redcap to determine dropped participants. I'm using the beach_part_drop_out variable to tell if the participant has dropped, but of all the dropped participants it only displays 2 as dropped. I don't know if this is an issue on my end or if there something I need to change, but when I looked on redcap to verify, the variable displays the dropped participants correctly.

your code (participant_dropout_code.rmd) selects only 10 participants. 2 are listed as dropped via r report. How many do you expect based on redcap?

I'm expecting 9 of the 10 to be dropped according to Redcap. It would be all the selected participants minus BLS001A.
