Progress Not being Outputted Correctly

Found an issue while completing these challenges the 2nd time.

After entering the correct flag for challenge 1 (and others), the following gets outputted:
"Correct flag for challenge 1!
Flags found: 0/12"

If I verify the progress, the following is outputted:
"Flags found: 0/12"

As per the instructions, Did you find the test flag first?

Apologies. I thought the example was to show how to use the verify command rather than saving the progress. Since I completed the challenges once, I figured it wasn't necessary. Thank you so much!
