Hashtags with symbols breaks app when sharing

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click share button on any item in your locker to add to newsfeed
2. Under the Attach Tags input field add hashtag "3%er"
3. Hit Add Button
4. See error

Expected behavior
Shouldn't crash
