TableOfContents is on Work, not Instance #267
Description
Attached is a MARC record and the RDF-XML created by marc2bibframe2 version 2.10.
Elements tableOfContents and TableOfContents are inside bf:Work while I believe they should be in bf:Instance considering the ToC is very much dependant on how chapters fall to pages in each concrete version.
