Usage metrics for the experimental module #113

Description
Please implement metrics that will allow us to observe the adoption of the module. Besides the number of installations of the module, that is available out of the box, implement the following ones:
- Number of CF applications running on the module (per kyma instance)
- Amount of RAM used by CF applications (per Kyma instance)
Reasons
Important for the experiment (adoption of CF API on Kubernetes), in the spirit of HPOM and nature of experimental channel in Kyma.
