Windows 7: OneClipboard can read clipboard but cannot edit it

Environment: OneClipboard 1.0 running on Windows 7 x64 and on OS X Yosemite.

Problem:
Copying from Windows to OS X works fine.
Copying from OS X to Windows does NOT work (Windows clipboard stays untouched)

Problem seems random as I think that everything was working fine on my first attempts.

I could not find oneclipboard.log anywhere in C:\Users\
