Scala.Js build

Now that there is work going on to run Akka in Scala.Js: https://github.com/unicredit/akka.js it should be investigated if it is possible to build this library for SJS too.

I don't see that it is using something unsupported (e.g. reflection), but the test library could be an issue, or just skip tests in SJS build.
