Can't acces antivirus settings

I cant change any antivirus settings, they're all greyed out.

Same issue here, I tried anything but nothing fixed this issue, it acts like Windows Defender just deleted itself, reinstall the Windows from scratch and don't install KMS_VL_ALL.
