Add collaboration features #28

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In addition to the versioning of entities, provide features to suggest and contribute changes to existing entities by other users. This could be realized by commenting, forking, and merging mechanisms. Ideally, this should work for federated entities as well (see #9).
