Gothic 1 Crash as soon as gameplay starts if used in combination with a texture pack #233

Gothic 1 on steam with Union, and with DX11. If textures are set to "Ultra High", and if a big texture pack is used like Artemianos Texture Pack or something similar, the game crashes as soon as you start gameplay.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. On steam, install Gothic 1, use the workshop version launcher
  2. Install Union mod
  3. Install GD3D11 mod (i tried several different versions, the popular one on steam, the one from this github, as well as the one from SayansKing, they all crash same way)
  4. Install Artemiano's Texture Pack, or some other bigger texture pack
  5. Launch game
  6. Check that your DX11 settings are set with Textures: Ultra High
  7. Start New Game
  8. Crash to desktop
    Expected behavior
    Expected is that it doesn't crash

Graphics card: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT ASUS TUF Gaming OC, Windows 11, Ryzen 5600T, 32GB DDR4 3200MHZ CL16
Gothic version: G1 on Steam with Union 1.0m, SystemPack 2.0
