Add logs commands for managing audit logs

Some customers would like the ability to clear out audit logs that are n days old, but I'm not convinced we should have a command for this. I feel like requiring the user to drop down into SQL is a large enough barrier to entry to as to not accidentally or purposefully lose logs. But opening an issue regardless so that we can hash it out. Would be nice to be able to password protect these types of commands (as well as e.g. license management), but I'm unsure of how to securely implement that since everything is client-side.
