Title of Poll should be changable #154
Description
The tilte of the poll cannot be changed. I´m using DuD for a long time and when I started I thought it would be only for two months so I titled by poll "Participation September/October". But now it runs for more than 2 years and I want to change the title to "Participation" only. This is actualy not possible.
